Job summary

University of Richmond seeks a Program Support Specialist to provide critical operational and communications support for the Spider Business Hub in the Robins School of Business, delivering high-quality experiences for students, partners, and alumni.

Responsibilities include coordinating SBH events, engaging students and workshops, maintaining outreach with community and alumni partners, and handling scheduling, reporting, and day-to-day logistics; occasional evening events may be required.

Qualifications

  • Background in business or marketing.
  • Proficiency with Excel, Canva, and social media platforms.
  • Flexibility to work occasional evening events.
  • Some college strongly preferred.

Responsibilities
