Job summary

The University of Richmond is seeking an Assistant Director of Annual Giving to oversee the Spider Athletic Fund's strategic communications, stewardship, and signature events, reporting to the Assistant Athletic Director of Annual Giving.

You will collaborate across Advancement, Athletics, and donor relations to craft content, coordinate events, and grow donor participation, while managing donor recognition and communication plans. Schedule Mon-Fri with some evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in fundraising, marketing, or other related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all Spider Athletic Fund Strategic Communications (60%).
• Organize and manage stewardship for the Spider Athletic Fund (20%).
• Signature Events and Operations (20%)—Lead all communications related to signature events and assist in event management and coordination.
