Job summary

Job description

Job Description The Program Support Specialist will provide critical operational and communication support to ensure Spider Business Hub (SBH), for the Robins School of Business, continues to deliver high-quality experiences for students, partners, and alumni.

Responsibilities
  • Event Coordination: Partner with the School's events team to manage SBH-specific logistics, communications, and follow-up.
  • Student Engagement: Serve as a primary point of contact for students participating in projects and workshops, ensuring timely communication and guidance.
  • Communications & Outreach: Maintain consistent contact with community and alumni partners, highlight impact stories, and support digital and social media outreach.
  • Program Logistics: Manage scheduling, reporting, and day-to-day coordination of ongoing initiatives.

Salary and Working Hours

Hourly Grade 4: $18.34 to $24.30

Schedule Hours: Less than 20 hours per week. Occasional evenings
