Job summary

Robbins Children's Programs seeks a Program Support Lead to oversee daily operations of Preschool and School Age programs. You will supervise a 20+ team, ensure regulatory alignment with Massachusetts EEC standards, and drive engaging, hands-on learning.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in an EEC-licensed childcare environment.
• Experience managing teams of 5+ preferred.
• Schedule flexibility for split shifts.
• Strong relationship-building with families and staff.
• Experience developing school-age STEAM curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, schedule, and mentor 20+ teaching staff in a fast-paced setting.
• Conduct regular classroom observations and annual performance reviews.
• Maintain compliance with EEC health, safety, and staff-to-child ratios.
• Help manage orders, grants, and other record keeping.
• Coordinate monthly emergency drills and health/safety tasks.
• Provide immediate support for behavioral challenges in classrooms.
• Develop enrichment programs and STEM activities for children.
• Assist in directing seamless daily operations of both programs.
• Promote the program's mission and engage families and staff.
• Coordinate family engagement events and community activities.
• Maintain proactive home-to-center communications and attend needed meetings.
• Support community presence at local markets and events.
