Job summary

Robbins Children's Programs seeks a Program Support Lead to oversee daily operations, staff scheduling, and regulatory compliance for Preschool and School Age programs.

The role supports curriculum development, behavior intervention, and family partnerships, ensuring adherence to Massachusetts EEC licensing standards and fostering a caring, engaging environment for children and families.

Qualifications

• EEC Director I or II preferred; or fully qualified as School-Age Group Leader.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in EEC-licensed childcare; lead teams of 5+ preferred.
• Schedule flexibility with split shifts.
• Strong flexibility and calm responsiveness in changing situations.
• Experience planning events and collaborating with families.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, schedule, and mentor 20+ educators and assistants, modeling adaptive leadership.
• Conduct classroom observations and annual performance reviews of Educators.
• Maintain compliance with EEC health, safety, and ratio regulations.
• Help manage spreadsheets for orders, grants, and information.
• Coordinate monthly emergency drills.
• Provide immediate support for behavioral challenges in classrooms.
• Develop creative programs, enrichment clubs, STEM activities.
• Direct daily operations of both programs.
• Promote Robbins Children's Programs' mission and foster a nurturing environment.
• Coordinate family engagement events and community outreach.
• Maintain proactive family/staff communication and attend meetings as needed.
