Job summary

Little Sprouts LLC is seeking an After-School Program Coordinator to supervise and engage children aged 5–8 after school. You will implement developmentally appropriate activities, ensure safety and attendance, and partner with families and staff to foster a supportive community.

You will work in MA under EEC licensing, with health and safety responsibilities, trainings, and opportunities for professional growth in a dynamic school setting.

Qualifications

• Meet EEC school-age requirements and pass background checks.
• Experience with school-age children and related coursework.
• Must be able to obtain First Aid/CPR certification if not current.

Responsibilities

• Supervise children safely in after-school setting per EEC ratios.
• Plan developmentally appropriate activities including homework help and enrichment.
• Communicate with families and staff while maintaining confidentiality.
• Maintain attendance and follow safety procedures, including drills.
• Support snack setup/cleanup and program logistics.
