Community Services for Every1 seeks an Accounting Clerk – Program Support to manage Representative Payee/PMF accounts and ensure SSA compliance. You will process checks/ACH, collaborate across departments, and prepare regular financial reports for management.

Responsibilities include monitoring funds for residents, reconciling balances, and submitting annual SSA reports. The role supports AP tasks and requires at least a high school diploma or equivalent with related experience.

Formación

• High School Diploma/GED with six months of related experience or an associate’s degree in accounting or business.
• Knowledge of rules and regulations governing Representative Payee.
• Comprehensive knowledge of general accounting functions and procedures.
• Knowledge of Accounting ERP systems.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Ability to understand and follow oral and written directions.
• Good spelling and grammatical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Administer Representative Payee/PMF accounts in the agency’s ERP system and process payments.
• Collaborate with departments to manage payments to individuals and vendors.
• Distribute personal allowances and monitor balances for SSA compliance.
• Prepare monthly rent payments, reports, and invoices for individuals served.
• Submit annual Representative Payee reports to the SSA and respond to inquiries.
