Mental Health Association seeks a Program Supervisor to lead our Supportive Housing outreach team alongside the Program Director, empowering participants toward independence and ensuring strong, compliant service delivery.
You will supervise 5–10 staff, coordinate with healthcare partners, maintain HMIS records, and ensure timely reporting. This full-time role follows a Mon–Fri 9am–5pm schedule with occasional after-hours on-call support.
As the Program Supervisor, you will work closely with the Program Director to lead and support the Supportive Housing outreach team. Your role will focus on empowering program participants to achieve independence and integrate into the community. By employing a strength-based approach, you will guide staff, ensuring they have the necessary resources and mentorship to succeed. Key responsibilities include supervising service delivery, monitoring staff performance, and maintaining compliance with all applicable regulations.
The Division of Supportive Housing (DSH) provides safe, stable housing and individualized wraparound services for individuals who have experienced chronic homelessness, many of whom are also navigating challenges related to substance use, incarceration, or trauma. DSH programs focus on long-term stability and help participants transition to independent, permanent housing. Through person-centered care, housing navigation, and community-based supports, we empower individuals to build a foundation for recovery, self-sufficiency, and a better quality of life.
