Qualifications

• Must meet EEC Site Coordinator qualifications.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in education or related field preferred.
• Lead Teacher Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise children safely and maintain ratios throughout program hours.
• Train, mentor, and support program staff and volunteers.
• Ensure daily attendance and accuracy of records (bus, daily, weekly).
• Coordinate with Site Coordinator and families regarding behavior and safety.
• Maintain clean, safe activity areas and report safety concerns promptly.
• Communicate with partners and schools; cover shifts as needed.
