Job summary

South Shore Association dba SAIL in New York is seeking an experienced supervisor to oversee staff casework and residents in the Apartment Treatment Program. This role ensures care coordination and quality of care in line with agency philosophy and procedures.

You will coordinate intake, admissions, service plans, and treatment team meetings, supervise staff, manage records including Medicaid billing, and be on-call for emergencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services required; master's preferred.
• 3 years of experience in human services field.
• Supervisory experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to implement and manage change in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong critical thinking and sound judgment.
• Proficient with computer/office equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organization and communication with staff, clients, and community.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff casework and resident services in line with policies.
• Coordinate intake, admissions, transfers, service plans, and team meetings.
• Ensure residents receive medical, psychiatric, counseling, and supportive services.
• Supervise program staff including hiring, supervision, evaluations, and training.
• Maintain confidential resident and program records including Medicaid billing.
• Manage daily operations: inspections, safety, transportation, supplies, leases, and coordination with partners.
• Provide on-call response to medical, psychiatric, and program emergencies; report concerns to leadership.
