Job summary

Mentor Community Services, part of the Sevita family, seeks a Program Supervisor for weekend on-call rotation to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role includes implementing ISPs, staffing oversight, and direct care to help residents achieve independence.

You will supervise caregivers, coordinate daily activities, and assist with meals, medications, and personal care, while facilitating community activities and transportation as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• One year related work experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance.
• Other licensure or certification where required by regulatory authority.
• Excellent communication skills with an ability to establish rapport with team members and those we serve.
• Strong organizational abilities to ensure staffing and schedules are maintained.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate ISP implementation and participate in staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight.
• Supervise a team of Caregivers supporting individuals in the program.
• Provide support with daily activities, including meal preparation, medication administration, and personal care.
• Duties are split between direct support, professional/program activities, and supervision.
• Facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings or providing transportation.
