Job summary

Turning Point Community Programs seeks an at-will Program Supervisor to oversee daily staff operations and a small client caseload. You will assist the Program Director and coordinate with funders and community partners to maintain program quality and service delivery.

The ideal candidate has a master’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related field, with 2–4 years of mental health experience and supervisory exposure. A California AMFT/ACSW/APCC license eligibility is preferred.

Qualifications

• Masters in social work, psychology, or related field preferred
• 4 years relevant mental health experience or more
• supervisory/management experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day staff operations.
• Assist Program Director with program functioning.
• Coordinate with funders and community partners.
• Provide crisis intervention and on-the-spot counseling when needed.
• Ensure safety and well-being of members.
• Complete paperwork promptly.
