Job summary

TURN is seeking an Administrative Supervisor to provide staff supervision, coordinate client care across disciplines, and deliver direct client services in a community mental health setting in Escondido, CA. This role supports treatment teams, ensures documentation quality, and helps meet contract requirements.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in behavioral science with active CA licensure (MFT/LCSW/LPCC) and have knowledge of EHR systems and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a behavioral science and valid/current BBS registration or license (MFT, LCSW, LPCC) required.
• Valid CA driver’s license and current auto insurance per contract requirements required.
• Experience providing mental health and/or substance use disorder services preferred.
• Cultural competency understanding required.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and EHR software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Program Manager with day-to-day operations; monitor staff productivity and client records for contract compliance and quality improvement.
• Provide client service coordination/case management with treatment team to meet basic needs and symptom management.
• Develop, evaluate, and implement treatment goals and plans with the treatment team.
• Provide direct client care and complete accurate documentation; meet minimum billable requirements for direct services.
• Perform shift management duties in coordination with staff as directed by Program Manager.
• Facilitate placement including pre-placement visits and transportation as needed.
• Shift coverage including part of the on-call team.
• Provide field-based services as required by program and client needs.
• Maintain confidentiality of client care.
• Participate in scheduled program meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.
