Responsibilities

• Schedule coverage for staff including unexpected absences.
• Ensure staff compliance with productivity standards.
• Maintain staff personnel files in compliance with licensing requirements.
• Oversee medication distribution and related charting.
• Provide crisis intervention and 'on the spot' counseling.
• Prepare reports for the County and Administration.
