As a Program Supervisor, you'll provide leadership that supports both the individuals we serve and the employees who support them. This role is responsible for coordinating day‑to‑day program operations, promoting a safe and welcoming home environment, and ensuring high‑quality, person‑centered services. You'll also provide direct support and mentorship while helping individuals build meaningful lives at home and in the community. The typical schedule is Monday through Friday, with administrative responsibilities completed around scheduled direct care shifts.
Monday – Friday (and every other weekend for our ICF location)
Multiple locations in the Mankato area.
