Job summary

Job Purpose

Make an impact as a Program Supervisor by leading a team dedicated to providing quality, person-centered support. In this role, you’ll oversee day-to-day operations, supervise employees, ensure the home is well maintained, and help create a safe, positive environment for the individuals we support. Services are delivered in both residential settings and the community. The typical schedule is Monday through Friday, with administrative hours arranged around required direct care shifts.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, full-time, 40 hours per week.

Location: Faribault, MN.

Wage:

  • Starting wage is $22.00 per hour.
  • After 90 days, staff are eligible for $22.50 per hour.
  • After 1 year, staff are eligible for $23.00 per hour.

  • Assist with planning and implementing person‑centered plans.
  • Follow all health, safety, and HIPAA guidelines.
  • Provide direct care and support as needed.
