Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field.
• Minimum of three years of experience in human services, behavioral health, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience leading teams and providing leadership to staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct administrative and clinical supervision to assigned staff as needed.
• Coordinate and monitor daily program workflow, staffing, scheduling, and caseloads.
• Implement established program practices, procedures, service models, and operational expectations.
• Ensure services are delivered according to philosophy of care, evidence-based practices, and organizational standards.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, licensing, payer, and contractual requirements for documentation and delivery.
• Support safety, risk management, and emergency preparedness within assigned services.
• Participate in incident reviews, quality assurance activities, and corrective actions.
