Tanager Place in Cedar Rapids, IA, is seeking a Multisystemic Therapy Supervisor to lead the MST program. You will supervise MST therapists and counselors, guide clinical practice, and ensure adherence to MST principles and program fidelity to deliver high-quality care for youth and families.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work or a related field from an accredited college.
• Minimum of two years supervising a team, including hiring and training.
• At least 3 years of clinical experience treating serious behavior in youth.
• Iowa licensure required; valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical and administrative supervision of MST therapists and counselors.
• Coordinate liaison with collaborating agencies and ensure program fidelity.
• Provide ongoing staff training, supervision, and evaluation for therapists.
