Keystone Human Services is seeking a Program Supervisor in Whitehall to lead planning, implementation, and evaluation of intellectual disability support programs, ensuring services meet objectives and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and two years of work experience in human services or related field.
• Associate’s degree with sixty credited hours and one year experience in human services or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree and work experience in human services or related field preferred.
• One year of supervisory experience, preferred.
• Ability to successfully complete Medication Administration, First Aid, CPR trainings and other trainings mandated by regulation within specified timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of one or more programs.
• Ensure program objectives are met, adhere to budgets, and comply with regulations while performing direct support duties as scheduled.
