Harry Meyering Center, Inc. in Faribault, MN is looking for a dedicated Program Supervisor to lead a team delivering person-centered support. You will oversee day-to-day operations, supervise staff, ensure a safe and well-maintained home, and facilitate resident engagement in community activities.

The role emphasizes supervision, documentation, budgeting, and coordinating care while maintaining professional boundaries. Schedule is Monday–Friday, full-time with direct care as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of supervisory experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to facilitate conflict resolution and respond in emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide supportive, person-centered supervision to individuals and team members.
• Assist individuals with daily living needs and encourage engagement in home and community activities.
• Support medical needs, including medication administration and appointments.
• Monitor personal finances for individuals served and maintain a clean, safe living environment.
• Oversee program operations including budgeting and location upkeep.
• Complete required documentation and communicate updates related to programming and shifts.
• Supervise staff through scheduling, orientation, and performance management.
• Ensure safe staffing ratios and a positive team environment.
• Participate in on-call rotation and handle tasks during unstructured shifts.
• Assist with planning and implementing person-centered plans.
• Follow health, safety, and HIPAA guidelines.
• Provide direct care and support as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
