Chimes Vocational in Nottingham, MD is seeking a supervisory professional to lead a staff team supporting individuals with intellectual and behavioral challenges. You will supervise, train, and evaluate staff, ensuring active support and adherence to program standards.
The role requires at least two years of supervisory experience, a relevant degree, and flexibility in scheduling. A valid driving record and access to a vehicle are also required to meet program needs.

PRIMARY JOB FUNCTION(S):
Provides supervision, training, coaching, discipline, and performance evaluation to an assigned group of staff and persons served. Provides feedback and discipline, along with the Assistant Director, when appropriate.

EDUCATION:
An Associate Degree is required; a Bachelor’s degree in a related area is preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
NOTE: At the discretion of the Personnel Officer, additional related experience and/or education may be substituted instead of the requirements specified under Education and Experience.
