Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent caregiving experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license, vehicle registration, and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs).
• Assist with hiring, training, and scheduling team members.
• Ensure high-quality care and program operations.
• Provide hands-on support including meal prep, medication administration, and personal care.
