The role requires a Bachelor's degree in human services with several years of experience working with children and families, plus strong English writing and data reporting skills; bilingual ability (French/Spanish) is a plus. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services or related field; several years of experience with children and families.
• Ability to write assessments, progress notes, weekly supervision, monthly report and general correspondence related to participants.
• Ability to converse with participants in a language other than English (French, Spanish).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.

Responsibilities

• Provides regularly scheduled weekly supervision to all supervisees and discusses/develops professional development plans.
• Strategizes with staff on performance measures and expected work performance; manages supervisee behavior and takes corrective action when needed.
• Monitors program tools findings of families for appropriate interventions and engagement/retention efforts.
• Performs quality assurance activities including observations, supervision rates, QA case reviews, and participant satisfaction surveys.
• Reviews and ensures accuracy of data systems and monthly/quarterly reports with recommendations for improvements.
