Job summary

Alma Family Services in California seeks a program supervisor to manage daily operations, track services, evaluate outcomes, and coordinate with community agencies and schools.

The position requires a Master’s in Social Work or related field, LCSW or Licensed MFT, LPS certification, and previous program development and supervisory experience. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling Psychology or related field; LCSW or Licensed MFT required.
• LPS Certification required or must be completed within 30 days of employment.
• Previous program development/ management and supervisory experience required.
• Knowledge of the Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health system and California Short-Doyle/Medi-Cal system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain daily operation of program including tracking and coordination of services.
• Evaluate program effectiveness and provide recommendations for changes.
• Coordinate with appropriate agencies and services; participate in staff meetings and trainings.
• Oversee staff development; conduct performance evaluations; supervise staff in religious/clinical duties.
• Develop individual service plans with observable, measurable objectives; ensure compliance with DMH outcomes.
