Job summary

ResCare Community Living, part of Sevita, seeks a Program Supervisor to lead ISP implementation and supervise a team of caregivers serving individuals with disabilities. The role includes supporting daily activities, medication administration, and personal care, while balancing direct care with program duties.

Applicants should have a High School diploma or equivalent, 1 year of related experience, and a valid driver’s license with current auto insurance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Current driver’s license, car registration, and auto insurance.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to establish rapport with the team and individuals served.
• Strong organizational abilities to maintain staffing and schedules.
• Opportunity to gain supervisory skills while directly helping people served.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate ISP implementation and participate in administrative duties including staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight.
• Supervise a team of Caregivers supporting individuals in the program.
• Assist individuals with daily activities, meal planning, medication administration, and personal care.
• Balance direct support with professional or program duties and supervision.
• Facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings or providing transportation.
