Job summary

REM Community Services, part of Sevita, seeks a Program Supervisor to lead a team of Caregivers, assist with ISP implementation, and handle staffing and administrative duties. The role includes direct support to individuals, meal prep, and transportation as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• One year related work experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance.
• Other licensure or certification where required by regulatory authority.
• Excellent communication skills with an ability to establish rapport with team members and those we serve.
• Strong organizational abilities to ensure staffing and schedules are maintained.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate implementation of ISP and participate in admin duties including staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight.
• Supervise a team of Caregivers supporting individuals in the program.
• Provide support to individuals including daily activities, meal prep, medication administration, and personal care.
• Duties split between direct support, professional/program activities, and supervision.
• Facilitate community involvement by outings or transportation to work or activities.
