Job summary

Sevita, via ResCare Community Living, seeks a Program Supervisor to lead a team delivering person-centered supports for individuals with developmental disabilities in the Texas area. The role includes supervising caregivers, ensuring ISP implementation, and coordinating daily activities and transportation.

You will balance direct support with supervisory duties, help plan schedules, and support community participation to promote independence and growth for those served.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Excellent communication skills with an ability to establish rapport with team members and those served.
• Strong organizational abilities to ensure staffing and schedules are maintained.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISP).
• Participate in staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight.
• Supervise a team of Caregivers supporting individuals in the program.
• Assist individuals with daily activities, meal preparation, medication administration, and personal care.
• Split duties between direct support, program activities, and supervision.
• Facilitate community outings and transportation to work or activities.
