Dungarvin is seeking a Program Supervisor to lead daily supervision across programs and coordinate services while ensuring accurate documentation and compliance. The role combines hands-on support with program oversight to help individuals live as independently as possible.

The position emphasizes team collaboration, staff training, and ensuring safety and personal growth for those served, with focus on regulatory standards and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Two-year degree in related social services and/or two years of supervisory experience in developmental disabilities.
• Person-centered, patient and kind.

• Observant and detail oriented.
• Positive role-model and collaborative team worker.
• Committed to respectful and collaborative environment.
• Computer skills for documentation.
• Excellent reading, writing and communication to document care and follow support plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and oversight of all employees at assigned programs.
• Monitor, coordinate, and ensure all services to the individual are delivered.
• Program supervisors are expected to ensure all direct service shifts are filled.
• Provide training for employees.
• Conduct monthly staff meetings.
• Provide hands-on assistance, encouragement, mentoring and guidance.
• Ensure comfort, safety and personal growth of individuals served.
• Assist with daily living tasks as needed.
