Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Two-year degree in related social services and/or two years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Person-centered, patient, and kind.
• Excellent reading, writing, and communication for documenting care and coordinating with teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and oversight of all employees at assigned programs.
• Coordinate services to ensure all supports are delivered to individuals.
• Ensure direct service shifts in the program are filled.
• Provide training for employees.
• Conduct monthly staff meetings.
• Offer hands-on assistance, encouragement, mentoring, and guidance.
