Job summary

Sheppard Pratt Careers is seeking an administrative support professional to serve as the first point of contact for clients, their families, support systems, and outside providers in our mental health treatment environment.

You will support day-to-day operations, coordinate daily schedules, and participate in client treatment through administrative duties, while maintaining professional relationships with clients, staff, and community agencies.

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or GED is required.
  • Two years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • A driver’s license with 3 points or less and access to an insured vehicle.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitating the day-to-day operations of the team, including coordinating daily schedules and support staff in both the office and the field.
  • Serving as a liaison between clients and staff.
  • Auditing medical records for completion of required documentation.
  • Developing and maintaining professional relationships with clients, their support system, other staff, and community agencies.

This is an opportunity to provide administrative support for mental health treatment.
