Job summary

Community Options is seeking a dedicated Program Supervisor to lead our Day Habilitation Services team. You will supervise, train, and schedule Direct Support Professionals, ensuring high-quality care for individuals with developmental disabilities and the elderly.

Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, managing staff, budgets, and reporting, and collaborating with leadership to improve service quality.

Qualifications

  • Requires a high school diploma or GED.
  • Experience with Developmental Disabilities (DD) programs preferred.
  • Supervisory experience in human services preferred.
  • CPR and First Aid certification, or ability to obtain during new hire training.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; driving record may be reviewed.
  • Must pass criminal background check, drug screening, and ND DHS pre-employment approval.
  • DD certification training may be required within a specified time frame.
