Job summary

Community Options For Residential is seeking a Team Lead for its Residential Department in Bismarck, ND. Overview

Position: Team Lead, Residential Department

Location: Community Options Bismarck, Bismarck, ND 58503

Salary: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour (DOE)

Job Type: Full Time

Education Level: High School

Shift: Any; flexible schedule with 3–4 weekends per month (with scheduled days off during the week)

Experience Level: Experienced

Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning, shopping, and transportation for individuals we support.
  • Provide site-specific training and coordinate staff schedules.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and support supervision as needed.
  • Work directly with individuals to enhance quality of life through personalized, high-quality services.
Qualifications
  • Minimum qualifications:
    • At least eighteen (18) years of age
    • High school diploma or GED
    • At least one year (1) experience in a DD, healthcare, or caregiving role
    • Access to a working mobile phone (iPhone/Android)
    • CPR and First Aid certification, or ability to obtain during new hire training
    • Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance as required by state
    • Ability to travel based on operational and clientele needs
    • Successfully pass criminal background check, MVR, drug screening, and ND DHS pre-employment approval
    • Completion of required Community Options training
  • Basic skills:

    • Complete basic computer-related tasks

Work Environment and Physical Demands

Work in indoor and/or outdoor environments, including offices, homes, or community settings. Travel as needed. Assigned shifts and locations vary based on client and agency needs. Vision, hearing, and other sensory requirements apply as needed.
