Job summary

Mentor Community Services, a part of the Sevita family, is seeking a Program Supervisor to lead a team of Caregivers and oversee the administration of ISP plans. You will support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and help them live more independently in the community.

The role blends direct support with supervision and administrative duties—hiring, training, scheduling, and coordinating with families and staff.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• One year related work experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance.
• Other licensure or certification where required by regulatory authority.
• Excellent communication skills with an ability to establish rapport with team members and those we serve.
• Strong organizational abilities to ensure staffing and schedules are maintained.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate ISP implementation and participate in staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight.
• Supervise a team of Caregivers supporting individuals in the program.
• Provide support to individuals including meal preparation, medication administration, and personal care.
• Balance direct support with professional or program activities and supervision.
• Facilitate community involvement through outings or transportation to work or activities.
