Community Services Group is seeking a Full-Time Program Manager to provide leadership and oversight of an IDD Community Participation Support program. You will supervise staff, ensure daily operations, and safeguard participants’ health and safety while fostering inclusion in the community.

Role includes training in Incident Management and Medication Administration, budgeting oversight, and coordination with the Program Director.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field with supervision experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of IDD experience and 1 year supervisory experience.
• Associate’s degree with 4 years of IDD experience and 1 year supervisory experience.
• High school diploma with 6 years of IDD experience and 1 year supervisory experience.

• Supervises Program Supervisors and evaluates performance per policies.
• Directs and ensures effective daily operations of the program.
• Ensures health, safety and welfare of individuals in the program.
• Provides training on Incident Management and Medication Administration Training.
• Helps manage program staffing, coverage, and on-call participation.
• Oversees program budgets, petty cash, and financial transactions.
• Maintains program documentation and regulatory records.
• Transports individuals to meetings and community activities.
• Promotes inclusion, recovery and community integration.

You will also be responsible for communicating and fostering company values and philosophies as well as general program management. The Program Manager is directly supervised by the Program Director.Wage Information:Base Rate $23.67/hr. with increase possible based on relevant IDD experience.Job Description:Supervises Program Supervisors, monitors and evaluates employee performance according to company performance management policies and procedures.Collaborates and cooperates with the hiring specialist in interviewing, hiring, orienting, and training supervisors and direct support staff.Directs and ensures effectiveness of program’s daily operations.Ensures the health, safety and welfare of the individuals within the program.Provides training and oversight related to the program’s Incident Management.Provides training, including Medication Administration Training, as required.Supports Program Supervisors in managing coverage in the homes.Participates in the company’s on-call system.
