Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Two years of progressively responsible supervisory experience preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English required.
• Must be able to travel to multiple locations within the city/state as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day program operations at the Adult Wellness Center.
• Coordinate daily activities, meals, transportation, and staff supervision.
• Ensure record-keeping, reporting, and compliance with funder requirements.
• Lead onboarding and ongoing training for program staff; conduct supervision and performance evaluations.
• Develop and monitor program plans, budgets, and quality improvement initiatives.
