Program Supervisor

Compensation and Schedule
Hourly rate: $16.25/hr. Full‑time, Monday‑Friday 8 a.m. – 4 p.m., with on‑call duties as needed. Driver license and vehicle required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISP) and participate in administrative duties including staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight.
• Supervise a team of caregivers supporting individuals served in the program.
• Provide direct support to individuals receiving services, including assistance with daily activities such as meal preparation and planning, medication administration, and personal care.
• Balance duties between direct support, professional or program activities, and supervision.
• Facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings or providing transportation to work or other activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of related work experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Current driver’s license, car registration, and auto insurance; license must be active for over one year.
• Other licensure or certification required by a regulatory authority, if applicable.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to establish rapport with team members and those served.
• Strong organizational abilities to ensure staffing and schedules are maintained.
