• Facilitate the implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISP) and participate in administrative duties such as staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight.
• Supervise a team of Caregivers supporting individuals in the program.
• Support individuals receiving services with activities like meal preparation, medication administration, and personal care.
• Balance duties between direct support, professional activities, and supervision.
• Facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings or providing transportation to work or activities.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• One year of related work experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance.
• Licensure or certification as required by regulatory authority.
• Excellent communication skills to establish rapport with team members and individuals served.
• Strong organizational skills for staffing and scheduling.
• This position offers supervisory experience while making a daily difference in people's lives.
