Job summary

TURN is seeking a Full Time Manager in Kings County Act, Hanford, CA to provide administrative and staff supervision, coordinate client care, and deliver direct services.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a behavioral science with valid BBS license (MFT, LCSW, LPCC), a CA driver’s license, and experience in mental health/substance use services. You will work with the treatment team to develop goals and document accurately.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral science with BBS license required.
• California driver’s license and auto insurance required.
• Mental health/substance use services experience preferred.
• MS Office and EHR software knowledge preferred.
• TB test and CPR/First Aid certification within specified timelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist Program Manager with day-to-day operations and monitor client records.
• Provide client service coordination and case management.
• Develop, evaluate, and implement treatment goals with the team.
• Provide direct client care and timely documentation.
• Shift management and on-call coverage as assigned.
• Facilitate placement and transportation as needed.
• Maintain client confidentiality and participate in program meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.

JOB SUMMARY

Provide administrative and staff supervision including individual and group case consultation, coordinate client care among the disciplines, and provide direct client services.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist Program Manager with day-to-day operations. Maintain staff productivity and monitor client records for contract compliance, treatment fidelity, and quality improvement.
• Provide client service coordination/case management including treatment team to assist clients in meeting basic needs and symptom management.
• Develop, evaluate, and implement treatment goals and plans in conjunction with the treatment team.
• Provide direct client care and complete accurate and timely documentation, meet minimum billable requirements for direct client services per contract.
• Performs shift management duties in coordination with other staff as directed by Program Manager.
• Facilitate placement including pre-placement visits, and transportation as needed.
• Shift coverage including part of the on-call team.
• Provide field-based services as required by program and client need.
• Maintain confidentiality of client’s care.
• Participate in scheduled program meetings.
• Other relevant duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Master’s degree in a behavioral science and valid/current BBS registration or license (MFT, LCSW, LPCC) required.
• Valid CA driver’s license and current auto insurance per contract requirements required.
• Experience providing mental health and/or substance use disorder services preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and EHR software preferred.
• If substance use disorder program a negative tuberculosis test (TB) is conducted under licensed medical supervision within 45 working days of hire or within 5 working days of employment and valid cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and first aid certification upon hire or within 90-days of employment.
