Job summary

Alkermes is seeking a Senior Manager for Copay and eCopay Programs to strategically oversee patient affordability initiatives and ensure access to therapies. You will partner with Market Access, Brand, Compliance, Legal, and external vendors to optimize performance and scalability.

The role requires deep expertise in copay operations, vendor management, and compliant program design, with focus on patient-centric outcomes and ongoing process improvements. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MPH, etc.) preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech patient support or copay programs.
• Proven experience managing copay and/or eCopay programs and vendors.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare compliance requirements and regulatory environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and complex projects.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Execute the strategic roadmap for copay and eCopay programs across Alkermes’ portfolio.
• Identify opportunities to enhance program utilization, patient experience, and access outcomes.
• Lead program design for new product launches and lifecycle management initiatives.
• Monitor regulatory updates and industry benchmarks to inform strategy.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and vendor performance with KPIs and SLAs.
• Develop and monitor KPIs to track program performance and ROI.
