Job summary

Sanofi, a leading biopharma company in Cambridge, MA, is seeking an Associate Director of Affordability to lead the COPAY programs within the COE of Patient Support Services. Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, Healthcare Management, Public Health, Life Sciences, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Build and operationalize financial assistance programs for patients.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and champion continuous improvement.
• Provide direction to copay vendors on day-to-day program operations.
• Manage patient case escalations.
• Identify and provide analysis and performance reviews of programs.
• Plan, develop and coordinate Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
• Present program performance to internal teams (PSS and Brands).
• Operate as the subject matter expert for the patient services affordability programs.
• Work collaboratively across the PSS team and cross-functional partners to align Patient Services objectives.
• Understand the impact of industry policy changes or service offerings that impact our financial support programs.
