Job summary

NeighborImpact’s Bend, OR-based Supportive Services role supports participants referred by an ODHS Family Coach through Child Activities, Life Skills or Stabilized Living categories. You will perform intake, coordinate services, and maintain documentation under the Client Services Manager guidance.

The position requires an associate degree (or a HS diploma with 3 years of related experience), proficiency in Microsoft Office, travel across the tri-county area, and passing background checks;

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Social Services or related field required.
• High School Diploma/GED with 3 years of case management or related experience required.
• Two years' experience in social services or customer service required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel required.
• Ability to travel throughout the tri-county area regularly.
• Background check and motor vehicle records checks required.

Responsibilities

• Perform intake and assess participant needs.
• Deliver or coordinate services within the referred category (Child Activities, Life Skills, Stabilized Living).
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation under supervision.
