Resources for Human Development’s Missouri Shared Living program seeks a compassionate Program Specialist to improve health, safety, independence and growth for participants with IDD. You will coordinate ISPs, monitor outcomes, and ensure regulatory compliance while supporting staff and contractors.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills and HIPAA awareness.
• Willingness to complete 24 hours of annual in-service training.
• Current driver’s license and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Support health, safety, growth, and well-being of Shared Living participants.
• Coordinate ISPs and ensure goals and outcomes are implemented.
• Maintain documentation, including medical records and progress notes.
• Advocate for individuals and collaborate with families and providers.
• Train and supervise staff and Independent Contractors on ISPs and documentation.
