**The Arc of Cumberland and Perry Counties is hiring a Program Specialist to oversee multiple group homes for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD). This position will work directly out of our main office located in Carlisle.**

Duties

The Program Specialist will provide supervision and direction over the residential program(s) to which he/she is assigned, ensuring compliance with state regulations, Federal Waiver, HUD and Pennhurst requirements as appropriate. **Applicants should have knowledge and experience, based on the requirements listed below, in overseeing group homes for adults with I/DD.**

Background Requirements (based On State Regulations, Non Negotiable)

• A master's degree or above from an accredited college or university and 1 year of work experience working directly with individuals with an intellectual disability or autism.
• A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and 2 years of work experience working directly with individuals with an intellectual disability or autism.
• An associate's degree or 60 credit hours from an accredited college or university and 4 years of work experience working directly with individuals with an intellectual disability or autism.
  
  

Full-time benefits include: health, dental, & vision insurances, 3 weeks annual leave during the first year, retirement plan, life insurance, long term disability, and an extensive paid training program.

Salary starting at $24.55 per hour.
