Clinical Program Specialist - School-Based Suicide Prevention

Scope of Work

  • Coordinate services provided by multiple disciplines within and outside the health system.
  • Exercise independent judgment in assessment, diagnosis, and initiation of protocols/procedures.
  • Provide educational support for patients, significant others, health team members, and the community.
  • Coordinate evaluation practices to measure program outcomes.

Position Details

  • Remote, part-time, daytime hours
  • 20 hours/week, variable schedule, Monday to Friday

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
  • Master's degree or equivalent preferred
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience required
  • Licensure or certification as specified (e.g., RN, LPN, RD, MSW, PT, OTR, SLP, Nuclear Medicine Technologist, BLS)
