Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an accredited four-year college or university with a major in early childhood, education, communications, human development, family studies, or other related area.
• Four or more years of professional or technical experience in social/human services or elementary/early childhood education.

Responsibilities

• Provide programmatic oversight for a designated number of school districts implementing the parent education home visiting program.
• Conduct programmatic collection and interpretation of program data to support the performance of the assigned parent education home visiting programs.
• Process, approve, and track invoices from assigned parent education home visiting programs.
• Provide technical assistance, training, and monitoring to assigned parent education home visiting programs.
• Coordinate services with other home visiting programs within other state and local agencies.
• Maintain familiarity with Parents as Teachers National Center trainings, resources, and national model programming.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in early childhood, education, communications, human development, family studies, or related area

Four or more years of professional or technical experience in social/human services or elementary/early childhood education
