Job summary

Abound Health PA, LLC in Bellefonte, PA seeks a Program Specialist to oversee waiver‑based services, support staff, and ensure quality service delivery across unlicensed programs, including IHCS. The role focuses on documentation, ISP implementation, and coordination of services.

You will supervise direct care staff, participate in ISP meetings, complete assessments, and monitor service utilization while helping families access community resources. Travel within the region is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Knowledge of ISP implementation, task analysis, goal writing, and documentation practices.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently and collaboratively.
• Meet applicable ODP training and qualification requirements for assigned unlicensed services.
• Valid driver's license, safe driving record, reliable transportation, and required vehicle documentation.
• Ability to successfully complete required background and health and safety clearances.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client services, documentation, and records to ensure compliance with applicable ODP requirements.
• Supervise and support direct care staff, including performance evaluations, development, training, and scheduling.
• Participate in ISP meetings and support implementation of client goals, task analyses, and interventions.
• Complete assessments, progress reports, service documentation, and incident reports as required.
• Monitor service utilization, billing, staffing coverage, and service authorizations.
• Ensure client-specific training is completed and provide guidance to direct care staff.
• Support clients and families with accessing appropriate community resources and services.
