You will help motivate memory, scheduling, social interaction, and self-advocacy while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to implement individualized plans.

Responsibilities

• Assist resident-neighbors to understand, engage, and progress through the program by motivating, prompting, and training skills such as memory compensation, schedule-keeping, way finding, emotional self-regulation, social interaction, and self-advocacy
• Motivate and encourage resident-neighbors to participate in activities and programs
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with resident-neighbors, family members, and staff
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
