Position Overview
The Program Manager provides oversees the day-to-day operations of the Day Habilitation and Career Supports programs, to ensure the safety and well-being of all members.
- Day-to-Day Program Operations: Manage the daily operations of the day habilitation program/sites. Handle incident management, site development, and vehicle requirements. Ensure employee performance meets program standards, program development and other operational needs.
- Supervision and Compliance: Provide overall supervision for individuals receiving services and the staff delivering those services. Ensure documentation and compliance for all program operations Track professional development and required training for staff. Oversee billing, employee evaluations, program purchases, and financial transactions. Monitor participant satisfaction surveys and address program issues. Collaborate with program coordinators to develop and manage individualized habilitation plans.
- Monthly Review and Enrollment Conduct monthly reviews of services provided to program participants for accuracy and regulatory compliance. Assist in the enrollment process, facilitating required paperwork.
- Systems Management: Maintain systems for monitoring service units, revenue, and staffing levels. Establish and maintain 24-hour emergency contact procedures Ensure documentation of services meets regulatory requirements. Foster independence among individuals served. Maintain effective communication with families, friends, and other service providers.
- Outreach and Recruitment: Conduct outreach to recruit new program members. Evaluate and support their development to enhance service implementation.
- On-Call Responsibilities: Be available on-call as needed to address program-related issues.
- Member Service Provider Involvement: Engage with each member's service providers, both on-site and off-site.
- Staff Management: Schedule, supervise, coordinate, and evaluate the activities of support staff. Conduct monthly staff meetings and required training.
- Supply/ Financial Management: Oversee purchases, usage, storage, and maintenance of supplies. Manage financial aspects, including petty cash, staff activity fees, purchases, and snack cart operations.
- Communication with Families and Members: Maintains open communication with families and members. Report progress and identify areas of concern.
- All other duties are deemed necessary by the supervisor.

Qualifications:
- Age Requirement: Minimum age of 18.
- Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is required, preferably in a Day Habilitation setting.
- Having 2 years of experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (i.e., Social Work, Mental Health, etc.), preferred.
- On Call: Flexible availability including on call 24/7 including varied hours (nights and weekends), in person and remote, required.
- Drivers Status: Valid Driver’s License, & personal vehicle required.
