This is a time limited position. The incumbent serves as a key technical and operational specialist responsible for supporting and maintaining the division's client data tracking system. This position oversees system functionality by providing comprehensive user support, managing and resolving service tickets, and coordinating activities with external system vendors. The incumbent performs routine and advanced data analysis to ensure data accuracy and integrity, conducts quality assurance reviews, and facilitates system updates and enhancements in alignment with program and organizational requirements. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal staff and external partners to ensure consistent, reliable system performance in support of program operations.
