Jobtailor in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Rotational Program Manager to execute New Product Development across multiple domains and to support program teams in solving critical issues while keeping metrics in focus.

You will participate in rotations, learn Integrated Program Team roles, track progress, provide stakeholder updates, and drive continuous improvement under the Senior Program Director guidance.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in program management or related roles.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to track and report on program performance metrics.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Experience with compliance and regulatory requirements in the aerospace industry.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Program Management, Engineering, Business, or related degree with Program Management coursework.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen / U.S. Person as required by U.S. export control laws and regulations.
  • Master’s degree in Program Management, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Experience in aerospace program management preferred.
  • Familiarity with aerospace industry standards and best practices.
  • Demonstrated project management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate a highly matrixed environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Execute New Product Development activities across program controls, project engineering, program management, ISC engineering, sourcing, and proposal-to-production phases.
  • Support program teams in solving critical issues and achieving metrics.
  • Learn the roles and responsibilities of the Integrated Program Team.
  • Complete rotations and evaluations according to the Rotational PM program design.
  • Track program progress and performance metrics.
  • Provide updates and insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve issues.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Report directly to the Senior Program Director.
